01/ Delivering Ultra-low Energy Homes
TALO’s advanced timber superstructures have been used by housebuilders in Finland and Norway to build around 30,000 homes over the last four decades, creating warm, comfortable and low energy homes that are designed for extreme temperatures - as low as -50° and more than 30° in the summer months.
By bringing this proven offsite manufacturing technology to the UK, we can help housebuilders and housing providers deliver high quality homes that are genuinely sustainable and have low or even zero energy bills.
Both the TALO timber superstructure system and our lightweight foundations solution have ICW Endorsed accreditation from ICW Group – one of the country’s largest structural insurance warranty specialists, which serves all major mortgage lenders.

04/ Redefining UK Housebuilding
Using knowledge and insight gained in global industries - from superyacht manufacture to oil rig construction in the North Sea - we have examined every aspect of house construction to develop an infinitely more efficient range of solutions and quality control processes.
This means vastly superior outcomes:
