How we achieve outstanding thermal performance
1. 40mm PIR thermal insulation - a high performance PIR insulation board which offers multiple benefits - thermal insulation, air tightness and protection against moisture.
2. Service void between the plasterboard and thermal board allows electrical installations without penetrating the vapour barrier.
3. A corner solution with stitched seams, insulated with mineral wool and polyurethane foam to keep the wall structure warm and dry.
4. The thermal board is joined with the insulation in the foundation, and sealed with polyurethane foam.
5. Load bearing frame and mineral wool insulation.
6. Moisture-permeable wind barrier that reinforces the frame, GU plasterboard for timber cladding, aquapanel for render, OSB-board and Tyvek with cavity barriers for brick cladding.
7. An effective ventilation space between windbreaker and exterior cladding to protect the structures from moisture ingress.
8. Wide range of exterior options including timber, render, brick skin and brick cladding.
