Two of our Directors, Leona Wikman and Bengt Magnussen, hosted a team from ICW Group in Finland recently as part of the warrenty auditing process and received some fantastic feedback.

ICW carried out a detailed inspection of our offsite manufacturing facilities and quality systems. Their team toured the sawmill to see the start of the process, followed by the production lines for TALO’s timber superstructure systems.

According to Leona Wikman, TALO’s Technical Director, “Independent accreditations and warranties are vital to give housebuilders, homebuyers and investors complete assurance of the industry standards we work to and we are delighted to be working with ICW Group and are looking forward to a successful conclusion very soon.”

Commenting after the visit, Ant Allen, Regional MMC/structural engineering specialist, at ICW Warranties & Building Control, said, “Our review of the TALO factory, as expected, confirmed one appropriate definition – quality.”
