Jonathan brings more than two decades of experience in the residential property sector to TALO.

In his role as managing partner of a leading estate agency in Scotland, Jonathan has worked with housebuilders and homebuyers to develop a deep understanding of the market and of the need for change to raise living standards and eradicate fuel poverty.

As TALO’s Chief Commercial Officer for Scotland, he is working with housing providers, local authorities and build-to-rent developers to build relationships and develop opportunities for TALO’s transformational housebuilding solutions.

The urgent need for more affordable housing in Scotland to meet the continually rising demand – combined with the proposed new mandatory Scottish Equivalent Passivhaus Standard for new build housing – present huge opportunities for TALO.
