As TALO’s Financial Director since 2021, Clare is responsible for forecasting and financial modelling to inform our business planning and to support our investment programme.

Clare also provides decision support to ensure TALO is well-positioned for success post-investment.

Having trained as a Chartered Management Accountant with Unilever, she has 23 years of experience in finance. This has included working in blue chip businesses in a number of senior commercial business partnering and technical financial control positions.

Among her previous roles, Clare was Financial Director of More Than Insurance, part of RSA Insurance, for five years; Head of Retail Finance at Amazon, and Director of Financial Control at KFC.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Outside work, Clare is studying for a diploma in wine and enjoys hosting wine tasting events in her spare time. She is also a keen runner, having completed several marathons.
